Famous CC - Congestion Charge.

Well I was in London the other day, for [ a very good cocoa training course ]. Enjoyed it quite well, thank you, but I was quite amazed with London's traffic jams. Every morning there was a live reporter on the news standing next to the traffic jam of the day as if it were a Tsunami that had just struck the outskirts of London.

Now, you would think they got to their senses, wouldn't you. Over there, it seems necessary to have a congestion Charge to take your car through, so you would think they realized that all of these cars are not going to do much good to the environment. Nevertheless, one morning, a journalist was allowed to say on the BBC how he totally agreed with mister Bush to ignore the Kyoto protocol. The reporter did not ask any further questions, giving me the impression of silent agreement.
