Famous CC - Chris Cunningham.
Some people
have the talent to do whatever they
like to do and not only get away
with it but make a living of it.
Our current famous CC is doing an
excellent job here. Only two years
older than myself, Chris Cunningham
has done amazing video work for
some of my biggest heros and has
become one of my heros.
He is most famous for doing
extraordinary videos for Bjork and
Madonna. Both women have the talent
to find and recognize genuine
talent and have the money and the
guts to pay for it, and make it
popular. But before that Chris had
been making videos for Aphex Twin
and The Auteurs, to name just
two.
When you have come to a certain
level of success it takes guts to
continue pushing the limits. Rubber
John is Cunningham's latest movie,
but you will not see it in theatres
next to you and you will not see it
on television. I have not seen it
yet but I would certainly love to
so I just might order it online.
